Pricing, Discounts, Group Terms
We offer several Self Guided tour times each day depending on the date. No need to request us to hold a date and time. Up to 80 tickets are available for each tour time. When you are ready to book please use our online booking portal. If your time does not have enough tickets please email us. We should be able to accommodate your request with a tour start time within 30 minutes of your desired tour time. This is only for Self Guided tours. (Guided Tours will have set tour times.) Individual names are not recorded with group purchase.
Discounts are offered for groups of 16+. There are no other discounts.
Guests enter in groups of 10-22 spaced 10 minutes apart and walk through at their own pace. We provide a link to room descriptions which can be read or listened to on smartphones while guests walk from room to room. Group leaders must share the Audio Link with group members before arrival and be sure each members phone is set up.
$29.50 pp Adult/$15 pp, Youth 1-22 + $4.00 proc fee per ticket + 6.5% tax
Discount:16th free for every 15 paid, refunded after tickets become final sale. You must purchase all the tickets you need with your original order including free tickets. Refunds are made after purchase. Reserve and pay for 16 or more tickets on our Book A Tour page. The ticket processing fee is not refunded.
Up to 7 “Self Guided” Group Tickets purchased by October 31st are refundable up to 7 days before the tour date minus ticket fee. Only “Groups” (16+) get this perk. The $4 ticket fee will not be refunded in order to cover ticket processing costs not refunded to us. This offer does not apply to Guided Tours. All Guided Group tickets purchased after Oct 31st are non refundable and non changeable and do not get the 7 day before tour cancel offer above. Tickets may be resold or given away.
Please email us your confirmation so we can process your discount. We will not know you made a Group Reservation unless you do this.
We will fully refund any tour we cancel due to natural disasters or pandemics etc.
Note: Tours can take approx 60 min. Allow 10 minutes additional if your group exceeds 22 and 10-15 minutes additional for visitors to enjoy the Gift Shop.
Only one person please check in for the whole group after all members are on site.
Room Descriptions: For Self Guided Tours the link for written Room Descriptions and audio tour of Room Descriptions for cell phones will be in your confirmation and emailed to you again before your tour. Please share the link with your group.
Bring your cellphones to listen to audio link to Room Descriptions. Headsets are recommended but not required.
Wheel Chairs: The historic mansion is not permitted for elevators or ramps but the Mansion has a portable ramp for your wheelchair to assist entry to the first floor of the Mansion. There are 16 steps to floor 2. Many guests do tour just the first floor.
Arrival: Please arrive 30 minutes early. Bus groups must arrive 30 minutes early or they might have to go last.
Rest Rooms: Groups agree to use restrooms before arrival (See “Terms” below.) We suggest the Old County Court House/Chess Park on 44 in Downtown DeLand (125 West NY Ave) if you are coming from I-95, or Ed Stone Park on 44 (2999 Old NY Ave) if coming from The Villages. Handicap port-o-lets will be available here, but large groups cannot be served all at once.
Photography: No photography or video is permitted inside the Mansion.
Groups must agree to Terms stated below. Terms include stopping for restrooms before arrival and arriving on time. See below.

Limited and subject to availability. Usually 66 tickets posted per tour time.
A guide leads up to 22 guests.
A fully private Guided Group requires 22 guests.
$39.50 Adult and $25 Youth +$4.00 booking fee per ticket and 6.5% tax.
All sales are final. Non Refundable and Non Changeable. (7 day cancel before tour date for Self Guided Groups does not apply to Guided Groups.) Individual names are not recorded with group purchase. Tickets may be resold or given away.
Gratuity is not included. 10% gratuity is customary.

Tax Exemption
If you are tax exempt: Purchase tickets and then send, by US MAIL, a copy of your certificate and booking info and we will refund the tax after purchase.

Refund Policy
Tickets are transferable and can be re-sold for tour date/time purchased..
“Guided Tour” tickets are Non Refundable and Non Changeable. All “Self Guided” Group tickets purchased after October 31st are Non Refundable and Non Changeable.
Tickets are fully refundable if tours are canceled by the Stetson Mansion.
Parking
Parking is Free. Buses park on the street in front of the Mansion.
Gift Shop
We have a small gift shop. Our gift shop takes only cash and checks. No credit cards.
