What kind of Event are you planning?

The mansion has indoor locations for special occasions that can can hold up to 18 guests depending on the event. Larger groups up to 24 guests seeking to book a unique historic location for a special event or meeting can be accommodated in the school house. Prices start at $1250 for all indoor events. All parties over 24 people are held outside.

Please be advised that the Stetson Mansion Estate is primarily rented for outdoor events with tenting. We can offer eight romantic outside areas for up to 125 people or more depending on your parking, restroom and tent requirements. Prices depend on event type and size and start at $750 for an outdoor weekday event for 25 guests and range to $2500. Equipment rental is extra and professional catering is required. You may supply your own liquor if you have a bonded bartender. (Weddings require much more intensive planning and service so prices are higher and can be found on the Wedding Page.)

Catering and Equipment

We offer four preferred caterers. Each offer wonderful menus that fit all desires and many budgets. (Outside caterers with approval except for weddings.)

Complete seated buffet dinner: $31 - $66 or more per person based on 100 guests on china with silverware and glassware. Custom menus available at variable rates.

Liquor ~ You can provide your own to give you a huge savings on your celebration as long as you hire a bartender from the insured caterer or you can inquire about liquor rates offered by our caterers.

Chair rentals $4-$6 per chair

Tables with poly linen $25 per table

Tent  $1600 -$2400  Complete with sidewalls and lighting for up to `125. Price is higher for larger events.  Event availability above 125 people is subject to parking, restroom, and tent size requirements for your event.
